I am not a weight loss expert. Most of what I know comes from what I find online or reblog from others. I am currently 100 pounds overweight and I feel very uncomfortable in my body. I am not losing weight for anyone but myself. I want to be healthy, comfortable and look good in anything I wear and I will do whatever it takes to get there! =)
